How It Works
Complete the entry or nomination form by Mon, August 31, 2026.
Upgrade or Become a member (complete enrollment) by Thur, September 10, 2026 to be entered.
After Sept 10, ActivAge will draw the winners from enrolled members.
One winning member is selected at each location — (1) Sarasota and (1) Port Charlotte.
Winners are announced in late September 2026.
Each winner will receive a FREE month at ActivAge during October 2026.

How do I get entered to win?
Enter to Win or Nominate a Caregiver by completing the form on or before Mon, August 31, then Upgrade or Become a Member by Thur, September 10. Winners are drawn from enrolled members after September 10.
When will the winners be announced?
Late-September 2026, after the enrollment deadline.
How many winners are there?
Two — one (1) at each ActivAge location (Sarasota and Port Charlotte).
When can the prize be used?
The free month of care will be provided during October 2026. Accommodations will be made for either Nov or Dec before the end of the year due to availability and scheduling conflicts.
Can I nominate someone?
Yes — if you know a caregiver or family who could benefit, you may absolutely nominate them. We encourage it! They will most certainly thank you later!
Is there a cost to enter?
Submitting an entry form is free to be entered into the drawing.
Does the winner need to qualify for services?
Yes. Care is subject to a health assessment, appropriateness of care, and ActivAge admission criteria.
