A Passion for Serving Seniors
For those who know me, you know my passion for serving seniors and supporting families has always been at the heart of what I do. Over the years, I have been blessed to build meaningful relationships with past residents, our members, their families, and so many incredible healthcare professionals in our community.
Those relationships and the trust that has been built mean everything to me.

Learning to Listen
My journey in senior care began as a Social Services Director in skilled nursing, where I learned the importance of advocacy, compassion, and truly listening to families.
I continued to grow in this field, always seeking to better understand how we can support individuals and families navigating care decisions.

My passion for this work became even more personal when I lost my dad in 2023 after his journey with dementia. Watching my mom as his primary caregiver gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges families face—the uncertainty, the emotions, and the need for someone they can trust to help guide them through the journey.

Built With Purpose
Through prayer, reflection, and seeking God’s direction, this vision began to take shape. I truly believe this next chapter was created with a purpose—to help families feel supported, educated, and never alone as they navigate the many decisions that come with aging and changing care needs.
Over the past several months, I have been intentionally laying the groundwork for this next step—listening, learning, building relationships, and gathering feedback from the incredible professionals who serve our aging community. I wanted to make sure this was built thoughtfully, with trusted partnerships and meaningful resources in place.

I’ve Sat on Every Side of the Table
Before joining ActivAge, I had the privilege of serving as an Executive Director for more than five years, leading both assisted living and memory care communities. That experience gave me a unique perspective into senior living operations, leadership, quality care, and what families should look for when making one of the most important decisions for their loved one.
I also understand that no community is perfect. What matters is finding the right fit, partnering with organizations that lead with integrity, communicate openly, and are committed to doing what is right for the individuals and families they serve.
